Kylie Strickland was originally arrested on May 6th after allegedly abducting Jaycee Lee Dugard from a park in South Lake Tahoe. The 18-year-old had been living with her family at their home when she allegedly took Dugard hostage at knifepoint on March 11th and held her captive for 18 years before releasing her last reported in August of 2017.

TMZ reports that Strickland was reportedly driving at 110 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone and had a blood alcohol level of 0.10—three times the legal limit in California. The “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head” singer is currently free on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court again on March 5.
Strickland’s arrest comes just one month after she was involved in an apparent car crash in Houston, Texas. No injuries were reported from that crash, but police did say that there were two vehicles involved and that both drivers were taken to the hospital for evaluation. It’s unclear if either of these incidents will affect Strickland’s pending DUI charges or her future music career.
